This is "Keepsakes I", a cross stitch pattern for six ornaments (out of twelve meant to go on a couple's first Christmas tree). It is in Good used condition, unmarked, with light age-toning. The spine edge has a curl.
The six ornaments include: Love (hearts), Generosity (Santa Claus), Beauty (flowers in a windowbox), Hospitality (a teapot), Peace (a lion, lamb and dove) and Prosperity (mushrooms and berries).
