Very Victorian, by Joyce A. Schneider, is based on a V-neck, set-in sleeve sweater, with four collars of different shapes, made in different lace patterns, to attach to it. All the collars are finished by edging in commercial sewing lace. Patterns are for both long- and short-sleeved sweaters. The design cards for the laces are given for all the major machines and lacing systems in used today (in 1987; cards are shown for Brother Punch Card and Electronic machines, Toyota 901 and 950 machines, and Singer/Studio Punch Card and Electronic machines ).
Includes measurement charts, abbreviations and terminology, instructions for choosing yarn, gauges, construction and blocking and more.
Softcover, 11" x 7 3/4", black and white charts and one color photo of the sweaters and collars (see scan). Published by The Golden Unicorn, 1987.
