This is Vogue American Designer sewing pattern number 1510, from designer Herbert Kasper, circa 1985.
The pattern is UNCUT and the instructions are included. The envelope is age-tanned with some light wear and tear, and there is a store sticker on the front from James Brindley of Harrowgate and Weatherby, Great Britain.
