This cross stitch pattern is circa 1993 from Homespun Elegance designed by Sandra Sullivan. Cinnamon Stick Christmas VIII Book 132 is Sampler Santa, which features Santa holding a sampler which says "Tis the Season to Love One Another". There is also a playful black and white cat curled about Santa's boots.
The sampler can be stitched alone, and Santa can be stitched without the sampler. Directions are included for a free-standing Santa, a pillow, and a wallhanging. Stitch count for Santa is 122H x 64W.
