This is Vogue American Designer sewing pattern number 1775, from designer Bill Blass, circa the 1970s. (Isn't that Cheryl Tiegs modeling version A??)
The pattern is UNCUT and the instructions are included. The envelope is age-tanned with a few spots and tears, and there is a store stamp on the front.
Size 14 - measurements are Bust 36", Waist 28", Hip 38", and Back Waist Length 16 1/2"
1775 Misses Dress: Close-fitting, lined, halter dress with bodice front pleated and skirt gatherred at waistline (front high waisted), three inches below mid-knee or evening length, has deep V-neckline, front zipper and hook and eye closing and attached waistline sash.
